Please allow 7-12 business days for us to prepare and pack your order with love.

During high seasons or for made-to-order items, it may take a little longer — we’ll keep you informed.

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen shipping issues, but we’ll always support you in tracking and resolving any problems.
