Processing time

Every YUGA piece is made to order, crafted by hand just for you. Please allow 14–21 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Once your piece is ready and dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery time:

 

                                                 Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days

                                                 Europe & USA: 7–14 business days

                                            Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

 

You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

 

✧ Customs & Duties

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

 

✧ Lost or Delayed Packages

 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or unforeseen shipping issues, but we’ll always support you in tracking and resolving any problems.
